How the QA review process works
Every conversation Maya completes routes to a Lead Quality Analyst at Land AI before the lead is delivered to the client. The analyst reviews the full transcript, the routing decision Maya made, and the motivation signals in the conversation.
The analyst is not reviewing summaries or flags generated by the AI. They are reading the actual transcript and making an independent judgment on whether the routing was correct.
If the routing was correct, the lead moves to the client's CRM as classified. If the routing was wrong, the analyst reclassifies it, adjusts the notes to explain why, and routes the corrected lead. The client sees the corrected classification, not the error.
What a real correction looks like
A seller comes through a campaign and is initially classified as Pre-Qualified. The transcript shows the seller engaged, answered Maya's questions, and confirmed a general interest in selling. The routing logic flagged motivation and openness.
The analyst reads the full transcript and finds that the seller's price expectation is $500,000 for a property with comparable sales around $89,000. The seller mentioned "not in a rush" twice and described their ownership as a long-term investment. No financial pressure. No timeline. A price expectation that is more than five times what the market would support.
The analyst reclassifies to Long-Term Nurture, adds a note explaining the price gap and the absence of urgency, and routes the lead. The client sees the corrected classification and the reason for it immediately.
Without the QA step, that lead would have gone to the client as Pre-Qualified. The client would have spent time on a call that had no path to a deal.
Routing accuracy across the system
Land AI tracks routing accuracy across every client's pipeline. Most clients run between 94% and 96% accuracy, measured by the percentage of leads that are correctly classified on the first pass before QA review.
That range means the QA layer is catching between 4% and 6% of leads that needed a correction. At 50 leads per month on the Growth Engine plan, that is 2 to 3 leads per month that would have been misrouted without the analyst review. At 100 leads per month on Scale Engine, it is 4 to 6 per month.
